Avoid hiring an entire workforce that are just like you. That will sever any chances of innovation. It also risks failure based on compounding your personal weaknesses. Setting high goals for the team is a good thing as long as you make sure the goals are not unreachable. This just sets your team up to fail. A great leader would never let this happen. Live up to your claims. Leadership requires accountability for your actions and words. You are the center of your company, so what you say and do affects a lot of people and the business itself. If you're able to lead others by having integrity, those under you are going to trust you while being loyal and respecting you. A good leader should be able to write effectively. Leadership isn't all face to face. Your success relies on your use of words, as well. Writing with bad grammar and spelling errors will make it difficult for others to look at you as a strong leader. Take the time to read what you send to other before you press the submit button or sending something through the mail.
